Mossback was The most creative farm to table on the Kitsap Peninsula. The menu was lovingly prepared from locally sourced ingredients every day. Asking diners to show up with an adventurous spirit and an open mind, their menu was regularly changing with the weather, weekly harvests, the micro-seasons of the year, and with their “fickle, fickle whims.”
Mossback's distinctive culinary vision required photography that could capture both the artistry of their dishes and the atmosphere that makes dining there an experience worth savoring. Our comprehensive approach documented not only the beautifully plated creations but also the restaurant's unique ambiance, bar program, and the passionate team behind it all.
